Information Sessions
New Parent Information Session
Beginning in January, 2009 we will provide a series of New Parent Information Sessions. Topics will include the enrollment process, required documentation, curriculum overview and general information about our school.
To schedule a tour of our campus and to meet our certified, dedicated teachers, please call the school.
Enrollment
Enrollment for the 2009-2010 school year is open. Please complete an enrollment application online and a representative from the school will contact you to inform you of availability in the selected grade.
Enrollment for 2010-2011 began January 1, 2010. In the initial "Open Enrollment" period all applicants have an equal opportunity for admission regardless of submitting an application on the first day or the last day of "Open Enrollment." The Open Enrollment period is January 1, 2010 - February 28, 2010. Applications will be accepted in all grade levels. If the number of applications exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be held to determine who is admitted.
After February 28th, applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered based on the order in which the application is received. If a lottery is required and your application was not submitted within the Open Enrollment window, your application will be positioned on the waitlist in the order in which it is received.
Tours
Tours will once again be given with the commencement of Open Enrollment. Tours will not be held during scheduled testing periods or during scheduled student activities. It is not necessary to call ahead to participate. Please remember to allow enough time to find parking, as we do not have guest parking, and to be properly checked in at the school's Security Desk.
Tour dates will be posted in January, 2010.
Lottery Process
Lottery results for the 2010-2011 school year will be posted on Tuesday, April 6th by 4:00pm.
The lottery is a system generated random lottery. If a lottery is required the date the lottery will be processed will be announced.
In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available spaces a random lottery will be held. Each student who applies during the initial enrollment period has an equal chance of being selected in the lottery. Preference will be given to siblings of currently enrolled students and employees of Charter Schools USA. Families will be notified of the lottery date and results will be posted.

Registration
Prior to the start of school families will be provided with a registration package and instructions for each child accepted.
